Since 1975 he has worked hard serving the Santa Clara Valley’s real estate needs, establishing life-long relationships with its amazing residents over the decades. Through his years of dedication to a diverse range of communities, he has generated a deep network of influencers across a breadth of professional fields. Before joining Climb, Frank opened vividEstates Real Estate group in 2002, acting as a broker and owner.

Daniel has been involved in Real Estate since 1979 as an Investor, partner and home owner. Daniel invested first with Frank in Rooming House properties purchasing around San Jose State University area.
He has further invested through the years in various types of properties; Commercial and Residential. Through the years Daniel has learned and understood the processes involved in Real Estate transactions, much of it being educated during these processes with Frank as a Broker.
